Item 1: Introduction
WealthDrive Advisory, LLC. is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as an investment adviser. Brokerage and investment advisory services and fees differ, and it is important for retail investors to understand the differences. Free and simple tools are available to research firms and financial professionals at Investor.gov/CRS, which also provides educational materials about broker-dealers, investment advisers, and investing.
Item 2: Relationships & Services
What investment services and advice can you provide me?
We offer investment advisory services to retail investors. Our services include non-discretionary portfolio management.
Our non-discretionary portfolio management services are based on tactical and strategic investment management strategies. Our technology regularly monitors each portfolio and provides recommendations as necessary based on the stock market and world events determined by the model(s) selected by each individual client. Our management services allow us to recommend the security, the amount/account holding percentage. The time of purchase or sale in your account is determined by you as the client since the client is responsible for trading and executing the recommendations.
We do not require a minimum account size to become a client.

Item 3: Fees, Costs, Conflicts and Standards of Conduct
What fees will I pay?
For our investment advice and recommendations, we charge a flat advisory fee of $129.00 per month for each client.
The management fee is negotiable.
Our management fee does not include brokerage commissions, transaction fees, or other related costs and expenses that are normally incurred by the client. These fees are also separate from internal management fees associated with mutual funds and exchange traded funds.

You will pay fees and costs whether you make or lose money on your investments. Fees and costs will reduce any amount of money you make on your investments over time. Please make sure you understand what fees and costs you are paying. You can find more detailed information about our fees and costs in Item 5 of our Firm Brochure.

- You as the client will be responsible for entering an executing our advice and recommendations. The advisory fee is $49.00 per month and can be paid from the account, credit card, and/or check.
How do your financial professionals make money?
- Our financial professionals may be compensated either through a salary or percentage of the overall advisory fee that is collected.
